What has happened in the last few months?

Over the past quarter, we have made significant improvements to our no-code marketing automation software. Our platform allows you to automate your marketing and ecommerce workflows using our easy-to-use Flow Builder. In the Quarterly Update "Raspberry", we give you an overview of our latest features and updates that make Shopstory even better.

Flow Builder

The Flow Builder is at the heart of our latest solution, where you can create and edit your flows with our simple drag-and-drop editor. We've improved the functionality of the Flow Builder to make creating and managing your flows even easier and more intuitive:

  • Auto-complete: You now receive suggestions and explanations from a drop-down list for your input fields. This saves time and reduces errors in your flows.
  • Execution history: You can easily view the execution history of your flows in Flow Builder. This shows you when and how your flows were executed, and if there were any errors or warnings. This helps you to monitor your flows more effectively and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Change the order of steps: You can now move the steps in your flow to change their order. This gives you more flexibility and control over the logic and sequence of your flow.
  • Step ID: Each step in your flow now has a unique step ID, which is used in error messages and is shown in references. This helps you identify and localize the steps in your flow more easily.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is a new feature that allows you to interact with Shopstory in natural language. You can ask questions, describe your challenge, and even ask the AI Assistant to find flows for you. We're constantly improving the AI Assistant to make it even more responsive and versatile:

  • Multiple prompts: You can now ask the AI Assistant multiple questions or requests in the chat, just like you would with ChatGPT or a person.
  • Try flow functionality: With one click, you can start a flow that the AI Assistant has suggested for your workspace. This saves you the time of having to manually create it.
  • Flow recipe: The AI Assistant can also help you create custom flows that suit your needs. Simply describe what you want to achieve and it'll show you the steps and components you'll need to use in Flow Builder.

The Flow Library is the place where you can discover and use pre-built flows that solve your most common and recurring tasks in marketing and ecommerce. We're constantly adding new flows to the library, so keep an eye out!

Here are some of the categories we've created in the last quarter:

  • SEA: Update your bidding strategies, set up ads based on weather conditions, generate multi-channel performance data reports, and more.
  • SEO: With our AI features, you can easily customize and optimize your title creations, product descriptions, and content based on top keyword suggestions, in a fraction of the time it would take you to do such tasks manually.
  • Social Media: Set up flows that send automatic alerts for campaign delivery or poor performance, add labels to campaigns, generate cross-channel reports, and more.

The Flow Builder is at the heart of our latest solution, where you can create and edit your flows with our simple drag-and-drop editor. We've improved the functionality of the Flow Builder to make creating and managing your flows even easier and more intuitive:

  • Auto-complete: You now receive suggestions and explanations from a drop-down list for your input fields. This saves time and reduces errors in your flows.
  • Execution history: You can easily view the execution history of your flows in Flow Builder. This shows you when and how your flows were executed, and if there were any errors or warnings. This helps you to monitor your flows more effectively and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Change the order of steps: You can now move the steps in your flow to change their order. This gives you more flexibility and control over the logic and sequence of your flow.
  • Step ID: Each step in your flow now has a unique step ID, which is used in error messages and is shown in references. This helps you identify and localize the steps in your flow more easily.

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is a new feature that allows you to interact with Shopstory in natural language. You can ask questions, describe your challenge, and even ask the AI Assistant to find flows for you. We're constantly improving the AI Assistant to make it even more responsive and versatile:

  • Multiple prompts: You can now ask the AI Assistant multiple questions or requests in the chat, just like you would with ChatGPT or a person.
  • Try flow functionality: With one click, you can start a flow that the AI Assistant has suggested for your workspace. This saves you the time of having to manually create it.
  • Flow recipe: The AI Assistant can also help you create custom flows that suit your needs. Simply describe what you want to achieve and it'll show you the steps and components you'll need to use in Flow Builder.

Flow Library

The Flow Library is the place where you can discover and use pre-built flows that solve your most common and recurring tasks in marketing and ecommerce. We're constantly adding new flows to the library, so keep an eye out!

Here are some of the categories we've created in the last quarter:

  • SEA: Update your bidding strategies, set up ads based on weather conditions, generate multi-channel performance data reports, and more.
  • SEO: With our AI features, you can easily customize and optimize your title creations, product descriptions, and content based on top keyword suggestions, in a fraction of the time it would take you to do such tasks manually.
  • Social Media: Set up flows that send automatic alerts for campaign delivery or poor performance, add labels to campaigns, generate cross-channel reports, and more.
  • Ecommerce: Connect your shop systems and set up flows that automatically update your product descriptions, categorize products based on their performance, generate price competition reports, and more.
  • Request a flow: Can't find the right flow? No problem, we've added a form in Shopstory so that you can request a flow from our customer success team. We'll review your request and try to create the flow for you.

UX/UI improvements

We've also made some improvements to the UI and UX of our new Shopstory platform to make it even more seamless for you:

  • New search bar: You can now use the search bar in the Shopstory software to find the flows you're looking for.
  • Revamped Flow Library: We've redesigned our Flow Library, so you can easily browse, preview, and start various flows for different use cases.
  • Enhanced date picker: This feature allows smoother time period comparisons and provides more flexibility when configuring report actions.

  • Increased Google capabilities: Our platform enables marketers to automate campaign reporting (already available), as well as update bids (keywords), and change bid modifiers for geolocation in Google Ads soon.
  • More Shopify actions: Our users will soon be able to automate tasks like adding products to Shopify and updating pricing information.
  • New flows: We're adding more ready-to-use flows to our flow library, which now includes Search Console! These flows will cover a wide range of use cases and repetitive tasks in marketing and ecommerce.
  • Improved integrations: We're diving deeper into our integrations to provide more depth to the app and increase its functionality for our users.
