Add negative search terms from Google Sheet

This flow allows you to exclude specific keywords at the ad group level by automatically adding them as negative terms under certain conditions, effectively preventing them from triggering your ads. The negative keywords come from a Google sheet, which may be enriched by another flow. Before negative keywords are added, Google Ads will exclude keywords that don't meet the required criteria (such as length and number of words) and check whether one of the negative keywords is currently being used as a positive keyword in your account. If this is the case, the positive keyword is removed and added as a negative keyword to the defined ad group.

The Google Sheet serves as a source for this flow and must include the ad group's resource name and the keyword text for the respective keyword to exclude. This gives you more granular control over your ad targeting and helps prevent irrelevant or unwanted traffic and ensures that your ad spending is focused on the most effective and relevant keywords for your campaign goals.
