we already let you fill out info we don't actually look at, here's our most junior Sales Rep who will ask you non-connected questions and will give you no guidance whatsoever in how you can actually extract value from the product.
Here is our technical expert that didn't find the time to look at the info which was gathered before! He will at least show you the platform but pricing or relevant use cases to you are still nowhere to be found.
After investing at least 2-3 hours into research, calls and whatnot, you will finally get a quote. How was this price calculated? That remains, but be assured the SaaS company will make a 90%+ margin with it.
After you receive an absolutely outrageous quote you mention this is too expensive and suddenly pricing drops by 25% after the first pushback e-mail… but wait contract length extends to 3 years - sorry!
You hear quotes like "this is one of our most competitive offers…", "I know we have sometimes done this in the past…" or something to make you feel like you actually made a good deal.
